  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started, as each item is printed on demand.

Shipping Times

  • Gelato works with a global network of print partners, which means your order will usually be produced and shipped from the facility closest to you.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

    • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days

    • USA & Canada: 4–8 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

  • Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (customs delays, courier issues, or local holidays).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, destination, and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available).

  • Some regions may have limited tracking until the order arrives in the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot predict or control these costs, as they are set by your local customs office.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipment costs will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages
